The Commercial Lines Account Executive will provide a high level of sales support to the Producer and customer service to clients. The Account Executive will assist in the production of new and renewal accounts in keeping with Agency and individual Producer goals and provide field service in support of Producer activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients. Review and process renewals; update all necessary items in the management system and send to clients as needed.
- Maintain records according to Agency standards, ensure that procedures are properly followed, and that information is properly documented and readily accessible.
- Work directly with Producers to provide necessary client documents, checklists, and proposals.
- Use support tools (electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports) to maintain an organized and effective workstation.
- Answer client policy and coverage questions.
- Consult with clients on mid-term policy changes.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance with middle to large accounts.
- CISR/CIC designation preferred.
- Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight is preferred
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Industry Training, Agency Management System Training, and Departmental Training Paths.
- In-House Education providing state-approved courses for industry designation(s) with cost covered by Correll.
