- Maintain organized, accessible records in line with agency standards.
- Collaborate with team members to provide required documents and checklists.
- Use electronic tools to manage tasks and track renewals.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Perform general administrative tasks and document processing.
- Notify customers as needed.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 6–12 months (Correll Insurance Group provides support).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Professional appearance and discretion with confidential information.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
