Court-Based Drug Testing Program: McHenry County, IL
Location: McHenry County, Illinois
Annual Salary: $54,000-$59,000, salaried exempt
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm and additional hours as needed including weekends and holidays from time to time.
CorrectiveSolutions is looking for an organized and detail-oriented leader with previous management experience to join our team as the Program Manager for a court-ordered drug testing program.

Overview:
As the Program Manager, you will oversee the administration and operations of our court-ordered drug testing program in McHenry County, IL. You’ll manage a dedicated team, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with best practices for drug test collection and accurately reporting test results. Your ability to accurately handle data, manage projects, and foster relationships with staff and probation/Department of Corrections are crucial to the success of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the drug testing program, ensuring adherence to court protocols and compliance requirements.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of drug screen technicians.
Manage staffing schedules.
Monitor and track program performance, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in testing and reporting.
Collaborate with probation staff to provide timely and accurate information.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of program management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the field of criminal justice, social work, or public administration.
Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in all aspects of program data, reporting, and operations.
Intermediate Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel to manage data, create reports, and perform analysis.
Management Experience: Previous experience managing teams, programs, or departments including scheduling shifts. Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, court staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record including minimum auto insurance coverage required by Illinois.
Experience in the criminal justice, drug testing or medical field desirable.
Conversational Spanish-preferred, not required.
