Your expertise will help promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, improve movement, and support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance mobility.
- Assess client needs and tailor stretching routines to individual goals and physical limitations.
- Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and the benefits of regular stretching.
- Monitor client progress and adjust sessions to support optimal results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with team members to support a comprehensive approach to client health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Certification in stretch therapy or a related field, such as personal training, physical therapy, or massage therapy, preferred.
- Experience in stretch therapy, personal training, massage therapy, or a related wellness field preferred.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, muscle function, and stretching techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele, including athletes and individuals seeking improved mobility, pain relief, and general wellness.
