We're a cash-based Posture | Movement | Performance Recovery clinic — and we're looking for a passionate, skilled DPT to join our growing team as our Performance & Recovery Physical Therapist.
No insurance. No prior authorizations. No 15-minute slots.
Just 60-minute 1:1 sessions, real clinical autonomy, and the time to actually make a difference.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive movement, posture, and performance evaluations
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and PT-level interventions
- Build phased performance and recovery plans for active adults, athletes, and post-surgical clients
- Collaborate with our neuromuscular therapists and corrective exercise specialists
- Contribute to a clinic culture built on outcomes, education, and excellence
Who We're Looking For:
- DPT from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license in good standing
- 2-3 years of outpatient orthopedic, sports, or performance-based experience
- Passion for movement-based, root-cause care
- Team-first mindset and strong communication skills
Preferred: Cash-based PT experience, manual therapy
certifications (OCS, SCS, CSCS, dry needling, BFR),
experience working alongside trainers and manual therapists
Compensation:
💰 Phase 1 (Ramp-Up): $5,800–$6,700/month guaranteed base
per-session incentive
💰 Phase 2 (Full Caseload): $90,000–$140,000 /year based
on tier monthly performance bonuses up to $600/month
✅ W-2 Employee | Part-time → Full-time path available
