Location: Plymouth County Jail, Plymouth, MA
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Day shift with occasional nights and weekends as needed.
Rates: Salary range $100,000-110,000 based on experience

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and document the provision of mental health services, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and treatment of individuals in accordance with facility policies, clinical standards, and Mental Health Management guidelines.
· Provide professional and administrative support to mental health and facility staff, maintaining open communication to enhance service delivery, resolve operational challenges, and address clinical issues affecting inmate, staff, and facility safety.
· Deliver clinical supervision to mental health team members and oversee facility mental health scheduling, as well as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives.
· Coordinate and deliver mental health–related training for correctional, medical, and ancillary staff as requested by the facility.
· Provide individual therapeutic interventions to incarcerated individuals and immigration detainees, addressing mental health needs, emotional well-being, and behavioral concerns to support stabilization and rehabilitation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field, and be independently licensed (LICSW or LMHC).
Must have a minimum of two years supervisory experience to be considered.
Experience working in a correctional environment is preferred.
