About the Position
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Shop Supervisor / Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, organize HVAC materials, and support our installation and service teams. This role ensures materials, tools, and vehicles are ready so jobs run efficiently.
This position is ideal for a former HVAC installer, HVAC technician, or sheet metal mechanic who wants to stay in the HVAC industry while working primarily in the shop.
Typical Day Includes
- Pulling and staging HVAC equipment and materials for installation crews
- Ordering and maintaining stock of HVAC parts, ductwork, and equipment
- Managing warehouse inventory and organization
- Tracking and signing out HVAC tools and equipment
- Coordinating company vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Delivering materials to HVAC job sites when required
- Fabricating small duct plenums, transitions, and sheet metal fittings
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/shop
Required Experience
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and installation materials
- Ability to fabricate basic sheet metal duct fittings
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift and move HVAC materials and equipment
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Background
- Experience as an HVAC installer, service technician, sheet metal mechanic, or HVAC warehouse manager
- Experience with HVAC inventory or parts ordering
- Forklift experience (preferred but not required)
Pay Range: $ 22.00-$30.00, based on experience
