We provide service, maintenance, indoor air quality, and installation solutions to our customers.We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team, someone independent, a self-directed, multi-functional leader with exceptional experience troubleshooting and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Pay Rate: Up to $45.00 Per hour. Additional pay benefits for on-call rotation & overtime8 hour shiftOvertimeYear round workOn-call rotationPosition Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial oil, propane, natural gas, air conditioning/heating systems, and boilers to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair oil & gas, boilers and furnaces, heat pumps, roof top units, and air conditioning systems.Test system performance and make necessary adjustmentsKeep accurate records of all work performedBe available to work nights/weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues.Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.Applicants must be able to work well independently and with teamsGood communication skills between dispatch and customersRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and insurable driving record4 years of HVAC experienceMust have oil experienceProficient in using tools and equipment required for HVAC workAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong mechanical knowledge and aptitudeBoiler installation a plus but not needed.Work well in teams and independentlyGood communication skills between dispatch and customersProficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, oil, propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilersGood understanding of all HVAC low voltage systemsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsPossess basic hand tools
