Position: Registered Nurse Case Manager

Location: 500 NE Multnomah St. Multnomah Portland OR USA 97232

Shift: Days- 10 hours (08:00 AM to 06:00 PM)

Corratel Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent patient care skills and an ability to work with minimal orientation and supervision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience (Hospital setting)
• Must have OREGON and WASHINGTON RN License
• Weekend support will be needed
