Job Summary and Qualifications

Investigate complaints/grievances from patients, families and staff regarding physicians. Deep dive into charts to find details on what occurred. Report and assist PPEC chair with interview of physicians/department chairs. Assist in external peer review process. Create and report as appropriate to leadership council and peer review committee. Update and maintain log regarding physician concerns. Assist quality department in other areas as determined by vice president/director. Hold meeting every Thursday. Assist in other services lines with audits, data collection

What qualifications you will need:

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate degree, or Bachelors Degre
• Must have clinical background in a hospital setting.
