Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of our facilities. Duties
- Landscape & Grounds Maintenance
- Mowing, edging, weeding, leaf cleanup, and seasonal landscaping across the sports complex facility
- Tree and shrub trimming
- Irrigation system maintenance, troubleshooting, and seasonal adjustments
- General grounds upkeep to keep properties looking their best year-round
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, Ohmmeters, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Operate CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
- Assist with groundskeeping activities such as landscaping, fencing repairs, and outdoor lighting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by conducting inspections, maintaining safety records, and following protocols during maintenance activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Experience with residential painting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership or supervising experience to coordinate team efforts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration.

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
