You'll play a critical role in executing highly strategic acquisitions and investments to support our overall mission. As a member of our Corporate Development team, you'll be part of dynamic, high-performing teams that develop critical thinking, sophisticated financial modeling, and extensive communication skills within a fast-paced work environment.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to evaluate active M&A targets, synthesize their business offerings, and analyze key drivers of revenues and profits. You'll also manage due diligence processes, validate investment theses, and identify industry trends.
We're seeking experienced professionals with advanced financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and analytical skillsets. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics is required, along with 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or transaction advisory services.
