We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced shop carpenter to join our team in Fairfield, NJ. We're looking for someone who loves to solve problems, think of new ways to build products and work with others to help them complete projects on time and with excellence. Qualified candidates should have strong woodworking experience in a shop or field environment, strong interpersonal skills, willingness to embrace a fast paced and sometimes stressful work environment with tight deadlines. Our work is very interesting, challenging, and features some of the most complex and beautiful architectural millwork being designed, fabricated and installed in commercial spaces. This position would be a full time supervisory role moving from bench to bench in our shop to review ongoing projects, plan for upcoming projects, and interface with the project management and engineering teams to ensure products are built to spec, with excellent quality, and in a way that coordinates well with the installation requirements.
Salary : $32 - $50
