Duties

- Support route driving by helping navigate delivery schedules and ensuring timely stops
- Help secure packages in the box truck or courier vehicle to prevent damage during transit
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries
- Use equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary to move large or heavy items safely
- Aid in inspecting packages for damage or discrepancies before delivery, ensuring accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and traffic laws diligently to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with moving and heavy lifting tasks
- Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or courier vans
- Knowledge of route driving and delivery procedures to support efficient operations
- Ability to perform manual tasks involving lifting, loading, and unloading heavy items
