What You’ll Do

• Grow Your Book: Win new business while strengthening long-term client relationships.

• Full-Scope Account Management: From the first call to final delivery, you’ll manage freight for your customers with best-in-class service.

• High-Volume Interaction: Work directly with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure freight is picked up and delivered on time.

• Negotiate & Win: Lock in competitive rates with both transactional and contract opportunities.

• Collaborate: Partner with our internal teams to deliver creative freight solutions.

• Stay Sharp: Leverage industry insights and market trends to drive smarter sales strategies.

• Proven relationship builder with an outgoing personality.

• Sales drive – ambitious, motivated, and ready to close deals.

• Strong communicator – reliable and persuasive across phone, email, and in-person.

• Experience in logistics or sales is preferred, but hungry, competitive candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
