Prefer Hartford, CT OR Charlotte, NC but open to REMOTE (EST Hours Preferred)
Seeking a highlight specialized Senior Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Business Analyst supporting their Employee Benefits Billing & Revenue Management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing ORMB configurations, customizations, and billing workflows
- Perform gap analysis and recommend functional/process improvements
- Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings, and diagrams
- Support Agile delivery across Product, Business, QA, and Development teams
- Validate complex billing scenarios including retroactive changes,
- refunds, reinstatements, collections, and receivables
- Partner with QA/UAT teams on regression and end-to-end testing strategies
- Support production issue analysis and root cause investigations
Must Have Experience:
- Strong hands-on Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) experience
- Deep Insurance Billing or Healthcare Payer Billing background
- Experience with premium billing, invoicing, receivables, adjustments, refunds, and billing lifecycle management
- Senior-level Business Analysis experience in Agile environments
- Strong experience writing user stories and BDD-style acceptance criteria
- Ability to review ORMB configurations/custom code and recommend improvements
Salary : $45 - $55
