Responsibilities
- Overall project leadership and execution
- Issue and risk management
- Customer and stakeholder management
- Executive-level reporting
- Escalation management and problem resolution
- Coordination between customer teams, our teams, and Japan-based resources
- Driving project outcomes and ensuring successful delivery
Required Experience
- Proven IT Infrastructure Project Management experience
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting and reporting to executive management
- Ability to lead projects in complex enterprise environments
Technical Background
Broad infrastructure knowledge and experience, including:
- Network
- Security / Firewall
- Cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
- On-Premises Infrastructure
- Operating Systems
- Middleware
- Data Center Infrastructure
Application development experience is not required.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese-style project governance
- Ability to operate effectively in a consensus-driven stakeholder environment
- Experience leading infrastructure transformation or large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects
Language Requirements
- Business-level English required
- Japanese language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience working within Japanese business environments is more important than Japanese language proficiency itself

- Duration: 1 to 2 years
- Target Start Date: November 2026 to January 2027
