Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience delivering scalable Salesforce applications in an enterprise environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12 years of IT experience with 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development

• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Architect - preferred)

• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)

• Prior experience working in large enterprise environments
