What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Corporate Services?
Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries. Responsibilities: Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources., following a set standard.| Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities. | Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution. | Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. -
