The Role:
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll learn our sales process from the ground up while leveraging your technical understanding of our products. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, problem-solving, and an eagerness to understand complex solutions will help you thrive. This full-time position gives you the chance to build a solid foundation, with a clear path to growth in corporate sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn our product portfolio and understand the technical specifications and applications
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients
- Support the sales team in generating leads, following up on prospects, and building relationships
- Collaborate with engineers and product experts to understand and communicate product benefits
- Shadow experienced sales reps and gradually take ownership of client interactions
Who You Are:
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude – you enjoy figuring out how things work
- Curious, eager to learn, and confident in problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical details into client-friendly language
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Previous experience in technical environments, engineering, or hands-on roles is a plus
