Corporate Payroll Services is seeking a Sales Administrator to collect and report key department data and provide insights into how processes and results can be improved. This role will analyze ways to use data to solve problems, offer additional support, and recommend services while providing administrative support as needed.

Job Description
● Collect and report key department data and statistical studies
● Deliver analysis and statistical reports of metrics, goals, and performance to management
● Develop reporting and analytics that support department planning and forecasting
● Collaborate with teammates and management to develop and implement process improvements to improve department efficiency
● Encourage continuous improvement through measurements and involvement
● Assist with administrative duties as needed
● Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
● Associate degree or higher
● At least 2 years of sales or call center experience
● At least 1 year of data entry and data analysis experience
● Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Applications
● High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet software
● Excellent documentation and communication skills as well as the ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet firm deadlines
