Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs and developmental milestones.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate conduct.
- Engage children in play-based learning activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to child development and education.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning and exploration.
