Corporate Job Bank has an immediate need for a Records Clerk for our client, a county government agency located in Florence, Arizona.
Our client needs an additional person to help scan and index case files into its database and records management system.
Examples of duties include:
· Breaking down paper files and scanning them using a scanner and laptop or desktop computer.
· Locating and entering key information into the agency database/records management system (Indexing)
· Data entry
· Quality control (verifying data accuracy)
· Filing
· Movement of filing (lifting and moving bankers’ boxes of files)
Required knowledge, skills, and experience:
· Typing speed of 40 wpm or 8000 keystrokes per hour.
· Comfortable working on computers in a Windows environment.
· Able to use flatbed and high-volume scanners.
· Ability to lift 35 lbs off and on through the day.
This position will require a thorough criminal background check and fingerprinting before placement.
