About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Research Associate to join our Consulting Services team. In this role, you will support our Analysts and Project Managers in conducting custom research projects for clients in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on digital consumer experiences.
As a Senior Research Associate, your chief responsibility will be to lead and contribute to team-based projects by performing detailed research and analysis, collecting competitive intelligence, and collaborating on written reports and presentations to clients. Successful SRAs have excellent written and oral communication skills, are well-organized and thrive on a challenge. In this role, you will engage with and present to executives at some of the top financial services firms in the country. This is an excellent opportunity to develop deep industry and subject matter expertise as you progress toward an Analyst role. Recent consulting engagements include:

Key Responsibilities
- Collect competitive intelligence on the digital experience
- Lead custom projects by managing a small team of contributors; the work is based on assigned topics and involves developing detailed findings
- Contribute to other team members’ projects while independently managing own projects
- Manage panelist communication and involvement to help gather primary research on an as-needed basis
- Develop well-supported and actionable recommendations to help our clients address unique business challenges
- Formulate executive summaries and presentations to debrief clients on project results
- Communicate effectively with clients, business development team, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Present research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Effectively handle multiple research responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining excellent work quality

Specific requirements include:
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar research/consulting capacity or working for a financial services firm
- A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- An interest in technology and user experience
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping our clients improve their products/customer experience
- The ability to collaborate well with team members, business development and other research teams
- The ability to manage and coordinate with research participants to gather accurate data in line with research objectives
- Experience in a fast-paced and flexible working environment, handling workflow changes with ease and professionalism
