We also build and manage custom webstores that support 50 national accounts, driving a consistent flow of orders through our production and fulfillment operation.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to run the heartbeat of that operation—overseeing five departments, aligning teams, and ensuring every order moves efficiently from concept to delivery.
ABOUT THE ROLE You'll lead five in-house production departments: Graphic Design, Digital Print, Decorated Apparel, Signage, and Warehouse & Fulfillment. Your job is to make sure orders ship on time, quality never slips, and every team has the clarity and tools they need to do great work. We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), so you'll be a core member of our leadership team — running L10s, managing Rocks, and keeping the business on track week to week.
Key Responsibilities
- On-time delivery across all production departments
- Quality standards and accountability at every stage
- Full ownership of our ERP system — process flow, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Team leadership for department heads across five functions
- Continuous improvement initiatives: waste reduction, throughput, and efficiency
Requirements
- 2 years of operation management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities.
