What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and oversee proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that meet guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to encourage professional growth.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and approve invoices.
- Oversee the POS (Toast) system, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation of revenues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve food service concerns professionally.
- Proven shift management and leadership skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
- Experience with Toast POS (required).
- Ability to manage ordering, inventory, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
