Kitchen Manager – Corporate Hospitality Housing

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and oversee proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that meet guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to encourage professional growth.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and approve invoices.
• Oversee the POS (Toast) system, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation of revenues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve food service concerns professionally.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven shift management and leadership skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
• Experience with Toast POS (required).
• Ability to manage ordering, inventory, and budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering excellent service.
