Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team.
- Oversee kitchen operations including production, cost control, and scheduling.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Partner with corporate leadership to drive revenue and operational success.
- Utilize modern culinary technology (experience with Rational ovens preferred).
- Competitive pay with quarterly performance bonus.

- Hitch schedule: 5 weeks on, 10 days off.
- Minimum of 5 years of culinary leadership experience (Executive Chef experience is a MUST).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Safe Serve or Food Handler certification required.
- Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Must be able to work across one of our locations in Jal, NM; Carlsbad, NM; Loving, NM; Midland, TX; Orla, TX; Odessa, TX; Pecos, TX; or Big Spring, TX.
