LEASING AGENT
Reports To: Property Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 40 hours
We’re actively seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent who is detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and experienced in multifamily housing to join our growing team. This is a front-line role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient leasing experience for prospective residents across our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours and professionally represent the community to prospective residents
- Handle all aspects of the leasing process—from initial inquiry to lease signing and renewals
- Accurately prepare and process leasing documents, applications, and renewals
- Maintain up-to-date records of vacancies, applications, and leasing activity
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for residents
- Work closely with the property management team to deliver a high-quality resident experience
- Support property marketing efforts and represent the brand with a positive attitude
- Travel regularly between properties throughout the DFW area as needed
- Perform general administrative duties and contribute to overall office organization
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in leasing or property management
- Previous experience with multifamily apartment communities (required)
- Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and affordable housing compliance
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
- Knowledge of property management software (such as Onesite, apartments 24/7and apartmens.com) is a plus
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
- Understanding of leasing laws and tenant regulations
- Must have reliable transportation
- Professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude
- Must have marketing skills
