Our maintenance team is seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking individual to help maintain commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will be reliable and have a keen eye for detail as well as experience in maintenance work and solid technical knowledge. This position is for someone who takes pride in providing high quality maintenance work and is motivated to complete any given task.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, painting, etc.
- Conduct maintenance task such as replacing light bulbs, ballasts, smoke detectors, etc.
- Collaborate with co-workers and other professionals during renovations.
- Perform minor electrical (replacing outlets, switches) and plumbing (replacing fluid masters, faucets) work.
Qualifications:
- Must have valid drivers license and auto insurance.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
