Position Summary

FSI is looking to hire a General Maintenance Worker to join our team.

This position performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and

buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as

painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Replaces belts and filters on air handling units.
• Utilizes plaster/compound to patch minor holes/cracks in walls and
  
  

ceilings.

• Repairs; replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Paints structures and equipment as required.
• Repairs concrete floors, steps and sidewalks.
• Inspects/repairs damaged interior infrastructure surfaces as needed.
• Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery, as
  
  

assigned.

• Follows companys safety, health and accident prevention plan while
  
  

maintaining records in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or
  
  

equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must be able to pass a local background check and have the ability
  
  

to obtain and maintain NAC/LAC clearance after hire

• Maintains the general cleanliness and appearance of assigned spaces,
  
  

assist others as part of the maintenance team as required and
