Job Description:
The On Board Services Group is a full-time, afternoon/midnight position. This position is entry level with great opportunity for advancement. You may occasionally be required to work outside of regularly scheduled hours to meet our members demands.
Job functions include:
- Detailing and cleaning private aircraft interiors.
- Personalization and loading of private aircraft interiors.
- Destocking of aircraft interior upon arrival.
- Meeting and greeting members and assisting them with luggage. (Must be willing to carry upwards of 60 lbs)
- Marshalling of aircraft during departures.
- Managing and anticipating members’ needs and desires.
- Assist in management of aircraft standard stock and member inventory, as well as catering pickups. (Must be willing to drive personal vehicle for shopping/catering request)
- Assist Base Operations Group with the towing of aircraft. (Wing walking)
- Winter operations assistance with snow removal. (Snow shoveling)
Other requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in customer service or detailing.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
