High-End Residential Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced High-End Residential Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee luxury home projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities, supervising crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Coordinate construction schedules using project management software to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of design intent
• Enforce strict adherence to OSHA regulations, federal construction safety standards, and site-specific safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Oversee quality control processes, conducting regular inspections to verify workmanship aligns with specifications and industry standards
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs using software
• Facilitate effective communication among clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising high-end residential or commercial construction projects with a strong portfolio of luxury homes or similar developments
• Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling, budgeting, safety management, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant tools
• Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans with precision
• Strong understanding of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations governing residential sites
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high morale and productivity in a demanding environment
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and supervise multiple crews simultaneously
• Familiarity with managing contracts, change orders, project estimating, and construction cost control techniques
• Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols using tools like ohmmeters for electrical inspections is preferred

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
