Floor Coating Technician

Essential Functions

The Floor Polishing Technician performs floor polishing functions to provide decorative designs to add an aesthetic appeal, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Apply decorative concrete coatings (stains/floor coatings).
• Joint filling with polyuria or caulk.
• Check air quality for carbon monoxide.
• Mobilize vehicles with necessary equipment and materials for the workday.
• Assist Foreman in monitoring specific job site materials daily.
• Assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of floor polishing equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain site organization keeping site clean and appearance professional looking daily.
• Site Clean-up

Qualifications

A Mason must work as a team and be able to perform all the duties listed above. As well as having 2 yrs of commercial Floor Polishing and Coating experience, be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to follow directions.
