JOB SUMMARY
At CCI we focus on every associate that we employ and care for them in the ways that they need. CCI is looking for a Corporate Chaplain that provides compassionate, confidential, and spiritually grounded pastoral care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct weekly visits to job sites to assess associate well-being and provide a caring presence for anyone who may want to talk or pray.
- Visit all office locations on a regular schedule for one-on-one conversations, pastoral care, or prayer as requested.
- Establish and manage an email channel where associates can submit confidential prayer requests or seek pastoral support.
- Respond to requests with compassion, timeliness, and sensitivity.
- Conduct lunch and learn sessions on topics approved by the Wellness Committee, focusing on personal well-being, resilience, work-life balance, and other uplifting subjects.
- Provide support during illness, emergencies, and traumatic events, including hospital visits and crisis response as needed.
- Offer bereavement support and grief counseling to associates and their families.
- Conduct or assist with funerals, memorial services, and weddings upon request.
- Offer initial support and appropriate referrals for individuals dealing with alcohol or substance abuse, emotional or psychological challenges, and mental health concerns needing professional care.
- Maintain a trusted network of community resources, counselors, and support services.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Corporate Chaplin must be an ordained pastor who respectfully draws upon biblical wisdom for guidance, encouragement, and inspiration. The right candidate will also have a Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. With familiarity with Microsoft TEAMS and Zoom applications. Will have valid driver’s license along with proof of auto insurance according to CCI standards.
