Are you a Graphic Designer / Creative Specialist with a solid visual design portfolio? We are looking for an innovative and versatile designer to help develop and execute powerful visual content that clearly communicates our clients' stories. In this role, you will be empowered to create new concepts and bring them to life across a variety of channels. We need a collaborative team member with strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

• Design & Production: Drive the creation of compelling visual assets for a wide range of branding, marketing, and promotional materials, including:
• Branding: Identity design (logos, icons, color palettes, and typography).
• Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other print collateral.
• Digital: Website UI/UX design, website graphics, web page layout & design, social media content, email campaigns, and online banners.
• Presentations & Motion: Creation of visually impactful decks and motion graphics for sales and client work.
• Technical Illustrations: Clean-up and editing of architectural drawings and visual diagrams.
• Brand Stewardship: Serve as a guardian of our clients' visual identity, ensuring all creative work is consistently on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with established guidelines.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, content creators, and other departments to translate strategic goals and project briefs into impactful visual solutions.
• Strategic Contribution: Actively participate in creative discussions, bringing fresh ideas, staying ahead of design trends, and proposing innovative solutions to elevate our visual communication.
• Project Management: Own the design process from ideation to completion, effectively managing your time across multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a graphic design or creative role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio is a must. Please provide a link to your online portfolio with your application. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Technical Skills:
• -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; video/animation skills are a plus).-Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma and Canva is a plus.-Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills. Copywriting skills are a plus.-Knowledge of HTML and CSS for web-based projects.

• -Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for design principles, typography, and color theory.-Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.-Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively articulate and present design concepts.-The ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.-Problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to work.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new design techniques to keep skills sharp & creative fresh.

We recognize that the salary range for this positions is broad and that is intentional. Any compensation offered may be within or outside of this range. The final amount will be determined by multiple factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, proficiency, relevant experience, and education.

Salary: $45K-$55K/year
