Service Bench Technician
$25.00 per hour | Westbury, NY | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Corporate Coffee Systems is growing, and we're looking for a Service Bench Technician to join our Technical Operations team.
Based in Westbury, NY, Corporate Coffee Systems is a leading provider of coffee, micro markets, pantry services, beverages, and workplace refreshment solutions throughout the New York metropolitan and Tri-State area.

What You'll Do
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair coffee, beverage dispensing, and vending equipment.
· Inspect returned equipment and determine the repairs or maintenance needed.
· Perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, testing, and general equipment repairs.
· Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
· Read and interpret equipment schematics and technical documentation.
· Test repaired equipment to ensure it is operating properly before returning it to service.
· Prepare new and refurbished equipment for installation.
· Assist with parts identification, parts orders, and service preparation.
· Provide technical support to field service technicians as needed.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bench and work area.
What We're Looking For
· Hands-on mechanical or equipment repair experience.
· Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
· Comfortable using hand and power tools.
· Ability to read schematics and follow technical procedures.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to learn our equipment and product lines.
· Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and carrying.
· Experience with coffee, beverage, vending, appliance, HVAC, or similar equipment is a plus.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
