Corporate Coffee Systems is hiring—and we’re looking for a customer service pro who takes pride in delivering a great client experience.
We are a leader in workplace breakroom solutions throughout the New York City area. We provide everything from café-style, premium coffee programs to innovative micro-markets, office pantry services, water cooler systems, and essential office supplies.
Reporting to the Client Care Assistant Manager, the Client Care Associate plays a key role in supporting our customers and strengthening long-term relationships. You’ll handle inbound calls, process orders, coordinate service requests, and help resolve client questions or concerns—always with professionalism and care.
Our Client Care team is a valued partner across the company and an essential part of what keeps our customers happy.
- Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience (refreshment or office supply industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Professional phone presence and attention to detail
- Comfort with up-selling, cross-selling, or a willingness to learn
- Ability to handle routine issues independently
- Interest in learning our products and services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- High-energy, flexible, self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
