What You’ll Own
- Build, motivate, and elevate a remote team of high-performing Insurance Agents.
- Set the tone—create a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence.
- Lead daily operations, track KPIs, and keep your team aligned and executing.
- Train agents in ACA products, compliance, sales strategy, and client experience.
- Problem-solve complex cases and guide agents with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with Quest leadership to strengthen processes and fuel company-wide growth.
What You Bring
- 5 years of insurance industry experience, with solid expertise in ACA health plans.
- A proven track record leading remote sales teams to real results.
- Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Active Health Insurance License (or ability to secure quickly).
- Tech-savvy with CRMs, dashboards, and remote collaboration tools.
- Ability to work on-site at our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.

- Experience scaling fast-growing teams.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Background in tele sales or high-volume phone sales.
