Evening Part-Time Cleaners Needed– Novi, MI & Nearby Areas
Location: Novi, MI and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday – Friday evenings (start time around 6:00 PM)
Hours: 3–5 hours per shift
Pay: $14/hour
Position Overview:
Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for reliable, detail-focused Part-Time Evening Cleaners to join our growing team in Novi, MI and nearby communities, including Farmington Hills, Commerce, Southfield, Wixom, West Bloomfield, and Waterford. These roles are ideal for individuals seeking dependable, flexible evening work in a professional commercial cleaning setting.
Work Locations:
Our cleaners work in a variety of commercial spaces, such as:
- Office and medical buildings
- Surgical centers
- Auto dealerships
- Schools and educational facilities
- Warehouses and industrial locations
- Churches and other commercial properties
Each location has its own layout and needs, but we maintain the same high standards of quality and professionalism everywhere we serve.
Key Duties:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
- Remove trash and recycling and replace liners
- Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, switches, and counters
- Properly use and maintain cleaning tools and supplies
- Follow all company safety and cleaning guidelines
- Ensure all areas meet company and client expectations
- Secure the building at the end of each shift, including turning off lights and water
- Complete a nightly cleaning checklist using a free GPS-enabled mobile app
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and follow directions
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working evening hours indoors and using cleaning chemicals
