What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Equipment Repair Technician position at Corporate Cleaning Group?
Corporate Cleaning Group is now hiring an equipment maintenance/repair technician to repair vacuums and carpet extractors at our corporate office in Livonia.
10-12 hours per week
Shift is flexible during business hours of Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
$18-$20 an hour
Great opportunity for a retiree or someone just wanting some supplemental income.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts troubleshooting, and repairs on floor cleaning equipment including vacuums, carpet extractors, and floor scrubbers.
- Read equipment manuals and determine parts needed for repair.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards
- Prior experience in equipment repair within the cleaning or maintenance industry is a plus.
