Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques, including pressure washing and floor buffing.
• Utilize hand tools and industrial cleaning supplies to scrub, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to meet cleanliness standards.
• Safely operate ladders for high-reach cleaning tasks while adhering to ladder use safety protocols.
• Conduct duct cleaning, heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and outdoor work as required to maintain facility hygiene.
• Apply safety measures by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) properly during all cleaning activities and use fire extinguishers when necessary.
• Manage the use of cleaning equipment efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and storage after use.
• Follow strict safety protocols during all tasks, including industrial cleaning procedures and use of specialized tools such as pressure washers.
• Assist with customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness standards.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including pressure washing, duct cleaning, floor buffing, and outdoor work experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools, cleaning equipment, ladders, and fire extinguishers is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks efficiently.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and PPE guidelines throughout all duties.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness in diverse settings.

Pay: $22.15 - $26.68 per hour
