Family owned business servicing South Florida for over 40 years looking for an experienced and professional cleaning technicians. This is a part-time opportunity only. Positions to be filled in Kendall, FL.
Nightly responsibilities include: Sweeping and mopping small areas, office cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning and garbage removal from the facility. The right candidate must have great attention to detail and experience in providing excellent cleaning services in an office/warehouse environment.
Schedule is as follows: Weeknights after 5pm (Monday-Friday) and once per Weekend any time (Saturday or Sunday)
- Must have prior office cleaning experience.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
- Must be legal to work in US.
- Must be a team player but be able to successfully work by yourself.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable car & cell phone with data
- Must be able to operate our company application on your phone to clock in and out
- Must be able to show up to work when scheduled without fail.
