Corporate Claims Management, Inc. (CCM) is an established business in our 32nd year of operation We are a nationwide fleet management services provider to corporate fleets throughout the USA and Canada.

CCM is based in Richboro PA. Some of the fleet related services that we provide include, accident claims management services, subrogation, full mechanical and maintenance management as well as complete outsourced fleet management.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill full or part-time positions in various departments. We offer a family-oriented work environment to our associates. While experience in the area indicated is helpful, we will train anyone looking to work in a more relaxed office environment. Individuals with backgrounds in the areas of claims reporting/management, auto mechanic, subrogation and light duty bookkeeping is plus but not a necessity. Sales and management positions are also available.

CCM’s core business is fleet services, therefore employees are expected to assist fleet managers as well as help drivers in need who have the misfortune of a vehicle breakdown, accident or mechanical. Our call center is operational 24/7/365, therefore we offer flexible work hours. Some simple accident related are; taking new accident claims, assigning repair shops and speaking with repair shop personnel to help manage various claims activity. Maintenance claims are more streamlined with most communications relating to repair shop contact.

Candidates should be self‐motivated and “hands‐on” as the variety of work will vary based on our client’s specific needs.

Each individual needs to have computer skills, good communication skills as well as enjoy a work place environment that does not promote a big business, corporate mentality,

Automotive background is very helpful but not a necessity. Bi‐lingual communication is a benefit.

Required education:

High school or equivalent

Job Types: Part‐time, Full‐time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

4-hour shift; 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM or flex hours

8-hour Shifts; vary from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:30-5:30, 9:00 AM -6:00 PM, 9:30AM-6:30 PM as well as flex hours.

Work Location: on site at company offices.

Salary is commensurate with experience and negotiable with minimum starting wage at $16.00 per hour. Additional based on experience/work skills.
