Responsibilities
- Perform thorough carpet cleaning using professional equipment and environmentally friendly solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
- Conduct comprehensive floor care procedures including buffing, polishing, and sealing to restore the shine and durability of various flooring types.
- Execute janitorial and custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met and identify any additional cleaning or maintenance needs.
- Operate commercial cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in setting up cleaning equipment and supplies for scheduled or emergency cleaning projects.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, supplies used, and time spent on each job to ensure accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or environmental services is highly preferred.
