As a Corporate Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in CorpoMax’s mission to accompany its clients throughout their corporate process and ensure their continuous satisfaction. You will act as a trusted team member and problem-solver to help maximize the benefits clients gain from CorpoMax’s services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and processing various client orders for services offered by CorpoMax, including corporate filings
  • Validating and entering data into databases and systems
  • Following up on files and updating related client information
  • Supplying requested information accurately and promptly
  • Providing outstanding service to clients, in both French and English
  • Forwarding mail and preparing courier shipments
  • Issuing invoices and recording payments
  • Ensuring deadlines, policies, and standards are met when fulfilling client orders
  • Adhering to best practices, including for confidentiality and quality reviews
  • Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement
  • Provide actionable feedback to the team to enhance the customer experience

These tasks are performed on a daily basis and require meticulous attention to detail.


Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment
  • Strong priority management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of professionalism
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, autonomy, and enjoys being part of a team
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction
  • Competency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access), Google Workspace, and typical workplace software
  • QuickBooks experience is an asset
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Must reside in the State of Delaware or its immediate surroundings, due to the position requiring full-time, in-office work

Compensation:

CorpoMax’s base salary range for this role is listed below. Compensation at the time of offer is based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of CorpoMax’s compensation package. Other benefits include health benefits and flexible paid time off. Note that the salary range and benefits apply only to U.S.-based candidates.

This position offers great work-life balance, with a schedule of 8:30 to 5:00 from Monday to Friday.

CorpoMax’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:

(Salary range $50,000 - $60,000USD). Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
