Corporate Event Producer

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Corporate Event Producer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of exceptional corporate events. Duties

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, budget parameters, and desired outcomes
• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and detailed budgets managing all aspects from inception to completion
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other suppliers to secure the best terms and value
• Oversee all logistical arrangements including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, décor, transportation, and accommodations
• Manage event marketing efforts through targeted outreach, social media promotion, and leveraging CRM systems to maximize attendance and engagement
• Coordinate on-site event execution ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards
• Lead and supervise event staff and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the event lifecycle

Skills

• Proven expertise in event planning, project management, and managing event budgets with strong organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of upselling additional services or enhancements to clients
• Proficiency in dynamic AI Platforms/Google workplace/Zoom to streamline workflows and venue planning.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction, team leadership, and vendor negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Experience in hospitality industry settings such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable
• Familiarity with banquet operations, catering services, contracts management, and sponsorships is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest experience and hospitality excellence
• Technical proficiency in audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting for seamless event execution
