What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day operational activities by processing service requests, transactions, and workflow updates in accordance with established procedures
- Monitoring queues, schedules, and work items to support timely handling of customer needs
- Documenting operational activities, service changes, and exceptions within required systems
- Assisting with operational reporting, data collection, and status updates for internal review
- Escalating service issues, delays, or exceptions to supervisors following defined protocols
- Following service standards, controls, and compliance requirements to support operational accuracy
