The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying negotiate, and manage external B2B events, conferences, and sponsorships that deliver measurable pipeline value.
- Designing and executing Corpay-hosted events that support prospect conversion, customer activation, and sales enablement including sports, cultural and high impact branded experiences
- Leading planning and production for all internal sales and customer meetings, including annual Sales Kickoff, quarterly business reviews, and leadership meetings.
- Overseeing logistics and execution for local market events in partnership with regional sales teams.
- Driving event-related communication and outreach, ensuring timely alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Tracking event ROI, lead flow, and performance metrics to inform future investment.
- 8 years of experience
- Proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong B2B events experience
- Excellent vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to partner closely with Sales to drive meaningful results.
