Position Summary: Directs and coordinates activities of shift personnel and actions tasks accordingly to support coating, converting, maintenance or any other department. This position is the direct contact for production shift leads. The expectation is that this is a hands-on position that is authorized to handle situations when the Logistics Lead or Logistics Manager are unavailable.

- Provide leadership to personnel within the team to identify opportunities to meet company objectives for creation of value, supply chain improvement and internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Assure that material flow is compliant Coroplast policies and processes with material traceability system connected to shipping, receiving and storage.
- Assure no production stock-outs.
- Perform Warehouse and Inventory functions in SAP.
- Support the maintenance of visual boards as required and take action when needed.
- Maintain required inspection, material, and traceability paperwork.
- Stage and record inbound & outbound shipments based on schedule and daily instructions.
- Schedule location audits and location consolidations to ensure put away space is adequate
- Support/oversee the loading and unloading of trucks following established procedures.
- Store raw material, work in process and finished goods in warehouse racking safely and properly.
- Monitor End of Shift Checklist to support safety and 6S expectations.
- Ensure timekeeping accurately reflects direct reports work hours, points and PTO requests on a daily basis.
- Address all safety issues related to department.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required, with 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, including experience leading teams or coordinating shift operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Basic email and computer skills are required, intermediate skills preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
OSHA Safety Training (OSHA 30-Hour) preferred, Forklift Certification (OSHA-compliant) or ability to obtain

Directs assigned employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, including training, setting expectations, assigning and overseeing work, evaluating performance, providing coaching and discipline, and resolving employee concerns.
