Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time
Salary Range: $27–$32 per hour
Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Lead (BDL) is a key member of the divisional team responsible for identifying and engaging prospective EMS clients who can benefit from Coronis Health’s revenue cycle management services. This role focuses on initiating relationships, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process through effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a fast learner, and comfortable initiating conversations with decision-makers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Coronis Health's services by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and how they address healthcare client needs
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, sin-person marketing events such as conferences, current client referrals, social media outreach, and HubSpot CRM campaigns
  • Proactive research, identify, and engage potential leads within the EMS sector
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects, and set meetings or calls for the divisional executive team
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospects, tracking engagement and outcomes in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with marketing and divisional president to refine messaging and contribute to the development of lead-generation strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals
  • Provide regular reports on activity, lead quality, and pipeline health to the divisional president
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor offerings to tailor outreach strategies

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in customer-facing or prospect-facing roles, ideally in sales, account management, or lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to confidently engage with EMS professionals via phone, email, and video
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the desire to grow within a sales organization
  • Experience in the EMS industry or EMS technology
  •  

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional remote/home office setting along with in office days as needed, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners.
